1. Definition
Winway does not control the accuracy, timeliness, maintenance, or any content on external
websites linked from its web pages and assumes no responsibility. The company only
accepts registered users who are 18 years of age or older. We welcome players from
various locations, but online gambling may not be legal in some regions or countries. It
is the player's responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in their
place of residence or country and assume full responsibility. Any violations are beyond
the company's scope of responsibility.

2. Agreement

and Conditions," the user confirms and agrees to the following: The user has read, fully
understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between
the user and Winway regarding the use of gambling services. If the user does not agree
to any terms in these Terms and Conditions, they should check the "I do not agree"
button and refrain from clicking the "Save and Continue" button or attempting to use or
continue using any gambling services or downloading and/or installing gambling software.
3. Modification
We reserve the absolute right to revise, update, and modify these Terms and Conditions
and Gambling Rules (or any part thereof) from time to time. Any such revisions, updates,
or modifications will be published on the gambling website. The revised, updated, or
modified Terms and Conditions and Gambling Rules will become effective upon their
publication on the gambling website. By continuing to use, access, and participate in

4. Gambling Information and Intellectual Property
The information, data, and materials provided, disclosed, accessible, generated, and/or
collected to users through the gambling website, gambling services, gambling devices, or
any other means, including but not limited to marketing plans and materials, results,
statistics, match data and schedules, odds and betting data, text, icons, audiovisual
information ("Gambling Information"), belong to Winway and/or its licensors and are for
personal non-commercial use by users only.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, the user may not adapt, copy,
modify, reproduce, store, distribute, display, publicly perform, broadcast, publish,
transmit, sell, lend, rent, or license any gambling information or otherwise make any
gambling information available, accessible, or connected to any third party, website,
online service, bulletin board, or any other media and/or connecting devices without our
or the third party data owners' prior written consent.
The gambling software, gambling services, and gambling information provided on the
gambling website and/or through connecting devices enjoy copyright, trademark, and other
forms of intellectual property and patent protection. All rights, ownership, property,
and interests in the gambling software, gambling services, and gambling information on

licensors, licensees, or under its control. The user acknowledges and agrees that they
do not acquire any rights, interests, or licenses to the gambling software, gambling

5. Conditions of Use
As a condition of using gambling services, the user guarantees and represents that they

You are participating in activities on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third
party;
You have unrestricted legal capacity;
You have not been diagnosed or identified as a compulsive gambler;
You are of the age of (a) at least 18 years old; or (b) the legal age of majority,
whichever is greater, as applicable to you ("Legal Age");
You fully understand the risk of losing funds while using gambling services;
The funds you deposit do not originate from criminal or other illegal, unauthorized, or
unlicensed activities;
You are not engaging in or attempting to use your gambling account with Winway for
criminal or other illegal, unauthorized, or unlicensed activities;
You will not use or allow any other person to use gambling services or your gambling
account for any criminal or other illegal activities as applicable to you or us under
any law, including but not limited to money laundering;
You will keep your username, account, and password confidential, prevent unauthorized
access or use, and promptly change the password or notify us in case of any loss,
misplacement, or unauthorized use of your username, account, or password;
The user is solely responsible for all activities related to the use of gambling services
through the gambling website and/or connecting devices using the user's username,
account, and password, whether or not such connection and/or use is authorized or known
to the user;
The user agrees not to use the gambling services, gambling website, connecting devices,
gambling software, and gambling information in a way that interferes or may interfere
with the use of gambling services and gambling website by other users or engages in any
behavior that may reduce or disrupt the efficiency of the gambling services and gambling
website operation;
The user agrees not to collect or attempt to obtain any information about other users;
Not to upload or distribute any program, file, or data that contains viruses, damage, or
may affect the operation of connecting devices, gambling software, gambling services,
and/or gambling website efficiency;
The user agrees that the use of gambling services and gambling information through the
gambling website and/or connecting devices does not violate the applicable laws for the
user; and does not violate any contractual obligations binding on the user personally or
the owner of the connecting device's country of residence, and is not prohibited by the
above-mentioned laws or contractual obligations;
The user agrees not to use any device, mechanism, software, program, or other methods (or
anything of the same nature) to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal
operation of gambling services, connecting devices, gambling software, gambling website,
gambling information, or any transaction provided by the gambling website and/or
connecting devices;
The user agrees not to post or transmit any illegal, harassing, insulting, threatening,
defamatory, libelous, obscene, vulgar, provocative, racially discriminatory,
pornographic, or obscene content, or any content that may constitute or incite a crime,
civil liability, or otherwise violate any laws;
The user is not a manager, director, employee, consultant, affiliate, or agent of Winway
or any of its affiliated companies, or related to any of the above-mentioned persons by
blood or cohabitation; and does not interfere with other users' use of gambling
services, gambling website, gambling software, connecting devices, and/or gambling
information or initiate and/or participate in surveys, contests, chain letters, or
send/transmit 'spam' or other unsolicited mass emails. To register and qualify for
gambling account and membership to participate in gambling and use gambling services
through Winway, the user must complete the account and membership application
('Membership Application') as described by the gambling website.
The user declares and undertakes that all information provided by the user during
registration and membership application, including the user's name ('Name') filled in
the membership application, source of funds (including relevant bank account and card
numbers), and address, is true, accurate, and complete in all respects. Winway will take
necessary and appropriate measures to keep confidential the personal information
disclosed by the user to us. We will strictly protect the personal data and betting
information received from users, unless otherwise required to disclose by law,
regulations, rules, court orders, regulatory authorities, or any other provisions of
these terms and conditions related to gambling management or law enforcement agencies.
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their personal information. We
reserve the right to disclose user's personal data to our payment settlement service
providers and financial institutions to the extent necessary to complete the payment
procedures for the gambling services provided on the gambling website. The user is also
responsible for ensuring that their use and connection to the gambling website and the
gambling information contained therein, downloading and installing gambling software,
and/or using and participating in gambling services are not prohibited by applicable
laws for the user.
To verify the user's membership application, we also require the user to provide proof of

information provided by the user. By agreeing to these terms, the user also agrees to
Winway's connection, use, processing, and storage of any identity verification or
validation outcomes related to the user.
We reserve the absolute right to refuse the user's membership application for any reason.
We are only responsible for the official backup website of Winway as published on the
online help. We will not be liable for any losses caused by members logging in through
links to any other websites that appear similar to Winway. If you have any other
questions, please contact our online customer service directly.
The user may only open one account at Winway. If we discover that the user has opened
more than one account at Winway, we reserve the right to treat all of the user's
accounts at Winway as one consolidated account, cancel the excess accounts, or terminate
this agreement with the user.
6. Placing Bets and Accepting Bets
We offer users the opportunity to place bets on games, sports events, and other gambling
activities that we periodically provide on the gambling website and/or through
connecting devices. User bets must comply with the specific rules of the game or
gambling activity and the provisions of these terms and conditions. In the event of any
obvious error or display error in a bet, all bets on that event will be void. Winway may
declare any or all bets void in the event of a malfunction of the Winway betting system.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of these terms and conditions, Winway reserves the
right, at its discretion and for any reason, to refuse all or part of a user's bet.
We only accept bets placed by users via the internet and/or connecting devices in
accordance with these terms and conditions. Other forms of betting (mail, email, fax,
etc.) will not be accepted. Even if we receive bets in other forms, regardless of the
outcome of the event, they will be considered invalid. Winway has the right to suspend
or refuse bets suspected of using fraudulent methods such as attacks or manipulation to
disrupt the operation of the system. Any unusual bets will be canceled without further
notice. It is hereby declared that the use of artificial intelligence or software (bots)
for online betting services is strictly prohibited, and any attempts or use of such
methods for betting will result in the cancellation of bets and immediate closure of the
related account.
Subject to the other provisions of these terms and conditions, a user effectively places
a bet by correctly entering their username and password and having sufficient balance in
their account.
Users are responsible for all activities and transactions carried out using the following
(individually or in combination): User name; and/or User account number; and/or User
username and password.
The user is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their betting details.
Subject to other provisions of these terms and conditions, once the user places a bet
and we confirm acceptance of the user's bet, it becomes the final confirmation of the
user's bet; the user is not allowed to cancel, withdraw, or change the details of the
bet.
All bets are recorded in the transaction records database. Winway's transaction records
are the final confirmation of all transaction and betting-related information.
Subject to other provisions of these terms and conditions, when the transaction code
appears on the user's screen and is validly displayed in the user's transaction history,
the bet is considered valid and accepted by Winway.
Bets may not be placed after the start of the match and/or when the outcome of the match
is already known. If bets are mistakenly opened to users after the start of the match
and/or when the outcome of the match is already known, Winway has the right to refuse
the user's bet or declare the bet void without notifying the user; Winway has the
discretion to decide whether to accept all or part of such bets. For the avoidance of
doubt, this provision does not exclude 'second half' bets or 'half-time' bets. The
advertised start time of the match on the gambling website is for informational
reference only. If Winway unintentionally accepts bets after the start of the match for
any reason, Winway has the right to cancel and declare such bets void.
Unless otherwise specified in the specific rules of the match or game, for gambling
purposes, the outcome of the match or game open for betting will be determined on the
actual day of the match or game. Winway does not recognize any subsequent inquiries that
may overturn the aforementioned outcome, and the original payout remains valid.
If the venue of a sports event changes, all bets based on the original venue are void.
The winner of the match or game will be determined based on the gambling rules on the
actual day of the match or game.
For gambling purposes, Winway does not recognize any postponed matches, protests, or
overturned outcomes.
In multiple bets placed by the user that include non-participant options or invalid
options, the settlement will be based on the remaining valid options.
The user acknowledges that all odds, indices, and handicaps may fluctuate without notice,
and the aforementioned odds, indices, and handicaps are determined at the time the
user's bet is accepted by us. If there is an obvious error or system malfunction that
causes the odds, indices, or handicaps of the user's bet to be incorrect, the user's bet
or part of the multiple bet is void. If the error or malfunction is corrected in a
timely manner, Winway has the discretion (but not the obligation) to make reasonable
efforts to contact the user and allow them to place a new bet with the correct odds,
indices, and handicaps.
We do not accept simultaneous duplicate bets on the same event from the user.
For any bet and its related transaction, Winway has the final decision-making authority,
and its decisions are final and conclusive.
7. Right to Use Gambling Software
The user hereby acknowledges and agrees that the gambling software of the gambling
website obtained by the user through connection devices for remote use is part of the
gambling services and is the property of Winway and/or its licensors; the user has no
rights to the gambling software. The user shall not adapt, copy, modify, reproduce,
store, distribute, display, publicly perform, broadcast, cablecast, publish, transmit,
sell, lend, rent, license the use of the gambling software, or communicate or make the
gambling software available to any other person or other websites, online services,
bulletin boards, or any other media and/or connection devices in any way or by any
means.
Winway authorizes and distributes the gambling software solely for the purpose of
allowing end-users of the gambling software to fully connect to and use the gambling
services.
The user shall not:
- Install or load the gambling software onto servers of other networked devices or
take any other steps to make the gambling software accessible to others through any
form, bulletin boards, online services, remote dial-up, or networks;
- Distribute, lend, rent, sublicense, copy, transfer, assign, transfer or otherwise
make the gambling software and/or the right to use the gambling software available
to any other person;
- Allow others to use the gambling software;
- Establish or provide any means (including but not limited to simulation programs)
for others to use the gambling software;
- Translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, crack, develop
derivative products entirely or partially based on the gambling software and/or its
source code, or copy, modify, translate, or develop derivative products entirely or
partially based on the user files related to the gambling software.
The user acknowledges and agrees that the gambling software provided on the gambling
website or through connection devices or other means, as well as the user files related
to the gambling software, are the property of Winway and/or its licensors and are
protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property and patent
rights. The user hereby acknowledges that the structure, organization, and source code
of the gambling software are valuable trade secrets of Winway and its licensors. The
user acknowledges that, except for the rights granted to the user under the license, the
user has no rights or interests in the gambling software and/or the user files related
to the gambling software.
If this agreement is terminated for any reason, the user's granted rights under this
agreement shall automatically expire, and the user shall cease using the gambling
software and uninstall it from the connecting device.
8. Transaction Settlement
The user hereby acknowledges and agrees that the gambling software provided on the
gambling website or obtained through connection devices or other means, which is
intended for remote use, is part of the gambling services and is the property of Winway
and/or its licensors. The user has no rights to the gambling software. The user shall
not adapt, copy, modify, reproduce, store, distribute, display, publicly perform,
transmit, broadcast, cablecast, publish, sell, lend, rent, license the use of the
gambling software, or communicate or make the gambling software available to any other
person or other websites, online services, bulletin boards, or any other media and/or
connection devices in any way or by any means.
Winway authorizes and distributes the gambling software solely for the purpose of

user acknowledges that, except for the rights granted to the user under the license, the
user has no rights or interests in the gambling software and/or the user files related
to the gambling software.
If this agreement is terminated for any reason, the user's granted rights under this
agreement shall automatically expire, and the user shall cease using the gambling
software and uninstall it from the connecting device.
9. Claiming Bonuses
Once the user's bonus is settled, it will be credited to the user's account. The specific
withdrawal methods can be found in our bonus withdrawal policy, and the user must
present a valid photo ID and/or credit/debit card recognized by us.
If allowed by the issuing bank of the user's credit/debit card, the bonus can be directly
credited to the user's credit/debit card account used for making the deposit. For checks
or wire transfers, the payee name shall be based on the name registered or provided when
applying for membership. If the deposit is made using a credit card or debit card, the
payee must also be the registered cardholder of the credit card or debit card.
The user must comply with the provisions and restrictions regarding the withdrawal of
bonus funds from the account; otherwise, it will not be processed.
10. Promotions and Rewards
All promotions, rewards, and special offers must comply with these terms and any specific
regulations set by Winway for each promotion. Winway reserves the right to suspend,
cancel, or modify such rewards or promotions and/or their related regulations and terms
at any time.
If Winway determines that someone is abusing or attempting to abuse a reward or
promotional activity, or may profit from such abusive behavior, Winway reserves the
right to take appropriate measures to prevent, refuse, suspend, or revoke any user's
participation in the relevant reward or promotional activity.
Each deposit is eligible for only one promotion, and the valid bet amount generated from
each promotional bonus can only be counted once and cannot be accumulated repeatedly
(unless otherwise stated in specific promotional activities).
Before applying for any promotion, members must have a valid account with complete
account information. Once a promotional bonus is applied for, it cannot be canceled. The
turnover before the promotional bonus is delivered does not count towards the withdrawal
conditions of the promotional bonus.
Only bets settled with Hong Kong odds ≥ 0.71 and European odds ≥ 1.71 that resulted in a
winOutcome will be counted. Any draw, cancellation, or bets with opposing outcomes, as
well as bets placed on mixed parlay, will not be counted towards the betting
requirement.
All rejected bets, void bets, ties, and bets with opposing outcomes (e.g., betting on
both banker and player in baccarat) and any bets in roulette will not be counted towards
the cumulative betting requirement. In lottery games (e.g., betting on big/small,
odd/even, prime/composite, or all-inclusive bets in instant lottery), if the bonus
winnings are derived from bets placed on the aforementioned games, we reserve the right
not to allow members to withdraw an amount higher than their deposited funds.
Each member, including individuals from the same household, same address, same email
address, same phone number, same payment account (e.g., debit card/credit card, Alipay
account, etc.), same mobile device, same downloaded software, and same tablet or
computer (such as public libraries or workplaces), can only enjoy one promotion provided
by the company. We reserve the right to withdraw any or all promotions from any customer
or group of customers at any time.
All promotions, rewards, and special offers must comply with these terms and any specific
regulations set by Winway for each promotion. Winway reserves the right to suspend,
cancel, or modify such rewards or promotions and/or their related regulations and terms
at any time.
If Winway determines that someone is abusing or attempting to abuse a reward or
promotional activity, or may profit from such abusive behavior, Winway reserves the
right to take appropriate measures to prevent, refuse, suspend, or revoke any user's
participation in the relevant reward or promotional activity.
11. Compensation
The user agrees to fully compensate Winway, its shareholders, employees, managers,
directors, licensors, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents for any loss,
damage, or claim (including reasonable attorney fees) caused by the user's connection to
the gambling website, downloading or installing gambling software, placing bets, or
using gambling services in any other way that violates these terms and conditions or
gambling rules.
12. Disclaimer of Promotions and Special Notices Regarding
Rewards
Gambling is entirely a personal choice and a risk-taking activity based on individual
judgment and analysis. By placing bets, the user acknowledges that gambling services,
gambling websites, and gambling information are not offensive, objectionable, unfair, or
contrary to public morality. The legality of online and/or offshore online gambling is
still undetermined in some jurisdictions, while in other jurisdictions, online gambling
(within the jurisdiction or offshore) is explicitly illegal. We do not encourage anyone

solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations and Winway makes

requirements.
Gambling services, gambling software, gambling websites, and gambling information are
provided on an 'as is' basis. Except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions,
Winway makes no representations or warranties regarding gambling services, gambling
websites, gambling software, or gambling information. Therefore, to the fullest extent
permitted by law, all statements or warranties regarding gambling services, gambling
software, gambling websites, or gambling information, whether express or implied,
statutory or otherwise, are hereby excluded. Winway does not warrant the accuracy,
timeliness, security, continuity, correctness, or resistance to external interference
(of any nature) of gambling services, gambling software, gambling websites, or gambling
information, nor does it guarantee that the servers providing the aforementioned content
are free of any viruses, spyware, adware, or other malicious, destructive, or
computer-crippling code, programs, data, macros, or other software or features that may
affect any connecting devices or data stored therein. The user undertakes to take
precautions at their own expense to ensure that the process, methods, or connecting
devices used to access or use gambling services, as well as the installation of gambling
software and the use of gambling websites, do not pose any risks of computer viruses,
spyware, adware, or other malicious code that may interfere with or disrupt their
connecting devices or stored data.
Winway shall not be liable for any liability arising from system errors or communication
errors related to account settlements or gambling services. In such cases, Winway has
the right to cancel all bets affected by such errors and take any corrective action.
In no event shall Winway, its affiliated companies, affiliates, partners, managers,
employees, or agents be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses, including but not
limited to direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages or economic losses
arising from user's connection or use of gambling services, gambling websites, gambling
software, or related to user's connection or use of gambling services, gambling
websites, gambling software, or from user's downloading, installation, or use of
gambling software, regardless of whether Winway has been advised of the possibility of
such damages, losses, or expenses. In no event shall Winway be liable (if any) for any
losses or damages directly related to user's bets, events, or circumstances arising from
or related to them, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or other reasons,
and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Winway's total liability to the user shall
not exceed the respective amount of the user's bet.
The user acknowledges that gambling information may be temporary in nature, and may be
revised, modified, or changed according to these terms. Therefore, the user acknowledges
that gambling information is for reference only and does not constitute any advice,
opinions, or solicitations, and does not constitute any binding statements, warranties,
contractual obligations, or the basis on which the user relies.
The user hereby acknowledges and agrees that, taking into account all relevant factors,
including but not limited to the value provided by the user to Winway, the exemption of
liability and exclusion of obligations described in these terms represent a fair and
reasonable allocation of risks and benefits between the user and Winway. The user
further agrees that the above disclaimers and limitations of liability shall have
binding force to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
If the user has any objections to the outcome of any gambling or match, they should
submit a written complaint to us within fourteen (14) days after the announcement of
such outcome. In the event that there is a discrepancy between the outcome displayed on
the user's connecting device and the transaction outcome stored in the Winway system's
transaction records (although the likelihood of such a situation is very low), the user
agrees that the transaction outcome recorded in the Winway system's transaction records,
authenticated by our technical director, shall be conclusive and indisputable evidence
of such outcome's finality.
These records are archived for 5 years (from the date of the transaction) and are
provided on demand by the dispute resolution authority.
13. Termination, Account Closure and Suspension of Gaming
Services
If WinWay has sufficient proof of the following circumstances, in addition to other
rights enjoyed by WinWay under this clause, WinWay has the right to void any winnings,
confiscate the balance of the users, and terminate this agreement, or Suspension of
Gaming Services/Freezing of User Accounts:
The user has more than one active account in WinWay;
The name of the user does not match the cardholder name or other payment account used to
make purchases or deposits with WinWay;
The user participates in the WinWay promotion and withdraws from the promotion before the
requirements are met;
User provides incorrect or misleading registration information;
User fails to provide necessary identity information;
User is under the legal age;
The user uses the gambling service in a region where the use of the gambling service is
legally prohibited;
Users perform or cause others to perform "chargebacks" against us, or disavow any
transactions or deposits made on their accounts;
User deposits are derived from criminal, illegal, or unauthorized activities;
The user is found to be defrauding, attempting to defraud anyone or has committed fraud
against anyone, or WinWay determines that the user uses artificial intelligence or other
systems (including mechanical, computer, software, or other automated systems) specially
designed to interfere/destroy the system, or has been found to have colluded with or
attempted to collude with other players to defraud Winway or other players;
Users allow (whether intentionally or not) others to use their accounts;
Users fail to comply with any terms under this agreement; or
The user did not disclose the fact that he was in the Philippines, Taiwan, the United
States, Singapore, Hong Kong, France, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique and Réunion.
If we suspend the provision of gaming services and/or freeze accounts in accordance with
the agreement, the gaming services and user accounts will only be restored and unfrozen
after the user implements the necessary corrective measures (if correctable) and we
confirm that we are fully satisfied with the user's corrective actions.
14. Links to external websites
The gaming sites may contain links to external sites that are not maintained by WinWay.
Links to external websites are provided for the convenience of users only. WinWay does
not promise to ensure the accuracy, timeliness or maintenance of the contents contained
in the above links, and is not responsible for this.
WinWay does not take any responsibility for providing, reviewing, approving or making any
representations or warranties regarding the content information, privacy protection
policies of external websites, any products or services advertised, sold or made
available on external websites.
WinWay shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence or any loss or damage incurred
by the use of any external website links provided by the gaming websites.
WinWay shall not deem to be associated with any statement, opinion, product or service
trademark, mark, logo or other pattern advertised, sold or otherwise made available on
an external website; any product or service, operator or owner of the external site, or
any person related to the external site in any way unless it is expressly stated.
15. Links to Gambling Sites
Users are not allowed to link and frame gaming information to any part of a gaming
site or gaming service.
Adding or Discontinuing Gaming Varieties
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice to users, to add new
gaming categories or features to the gaming site, or to start, stop, discontinue, limit
access to, or modify any gaming category or feature at any time, without liability to
anyone in connection therewith.
16. Violation of This Rule
WinWay reserves the right to seek remedies (at law and in equity) for violations of this
provision, including the right, in its sole discretion, to deny or restrict access to
the gaming services, the gaming sites, and the gaming information to any person at any
time and for any reason, and to block access to the gaming services, the gaming sites,
and the gaming information through a particular Internet address or connection device.
17. Priority Order
The gaming rules (if applicable) and any other terms and conditions applicable to the use
of and connection to the gaming services, gaming software, gaming information, and
gaming sites shall form part of these terms and conditions. To the extent that the
gaming rules and any other rules applicable to the use of and connection to the gaming
services, gaming software, gaming information, and gaming sites conflict with these
rules, these rules shall control unless otherwise expressly provided.
18. Unavoidable Reasons
Winway's failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under these terms of use
shall not constitute a breach of these terms of use if it is due to any of the following
events of any nature beyond its control (including, without limitation, natural
disasters, changes in applicable laws and regulations, acts or omissions of
governmental, civil or military authorities, court orders, terrorist activity, lightning
or fire, strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes, floods, droughts, wars, riots,
theft, transmission or system failures, communications or broadband service failures or
interruptions, power supply or shortage of equipment, severe weather, earthquakes or
natural disasters. User agrees to take all necessary actions to minimize the
consequences of such events.
19. Abstention
The failure of WinWay to enforce any provision of these terms at any time shall not be
deemed a waiver of WinWay's rights under these terms or in any way affect the validity
of these terms in whole or in part, and shall not affect WinWay's right to take further
action.
20. Divisibility
If any provision or any part thereof is held by the relevant authority to be invalid,
illegal or unenforceable to any extent, such provision or part shall be severed from the
other provisions to that extent and the other provisions shall continue in full force
and effect to the extent permitted by law.
21. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The user agrees that the laws of the Philippines shall apply to the user's connection and
the use of the gaming services, gaming sites, gaming software, gaming information, and
the interpretation of these terms and conditions.
